Core Centric Training offers personalized, flexible programs made up of private sessions, small classes and ongoing workshops; both live and online, for everyone. Core Centric Training uses a holistic, integrated approach to improve your nervous system, strength, stability and performance. It is the Core Centric System.

Melt Method Workshops are held both online and in person. Improve muscle performance and ease joint compression and stiffness and reset by building up the foundation to success: stability in the body!

Strength and Stability Workshops Through functional exercise, imagery and anatomical understanding strengthen the feet and ankles, pelvic floor, and low back.

Personal Training and Classes Join Core Centric Sessions for functional, science based, integrated approach to evaluate, restore, train, and condition your body.
