Pelvic Clock Audio - Core Centric Exercises

18 minute hip mobility exercise using the image of a clock.
This exercise is from Pilates and FeldenKrais training.

Start with smaller movements. It is a gentle rocking of the hips to increase mobility - you don’t have to consider the big stretch until individually you are ready to progress to larger movements. Start slow, find ease in your breath and joy in the movement.

Begin Supine (lying on your back) with your knees bent and feet hip width apart on the floor.
