Private Zoom Sessions
One person, 55 minute sessions via Zoom, to start and supplement your personal exercise journey.
Private In Person Sessions
One person, 55 minute sessions in person at our Vashon studio, to start and supplement your personal exercise journey.
Small Classes
Regular, small group classes via Zoom, in Strength Conditioning, TRX and pilates, MELT Method. Our clients love these.
Workshops
Core offers ongoing quarterly workshops focusing work on the support areas of the body including the back, pelvis and feet and neuro-fascial system.
A note about Private sessions:
(Zoom or in-person) private sessions are beneficial on their own, or in supplementing your class sessions and your running, swimming, golf, etc. Semi-Private sessions are fun and can be reserved by contacting us!
Core Centric Training supports people coming back from physical therapy, with pain, varied mobility, and those just getting back into movement. We support the everyday athlete in you and your competitive side as well. Let us meet you where you are and help you on your journey forward.
Most of our clients have been with us for years and have integrated Core Centric Training into their everyday lives. They all have different interests and availability, and use our offerings in the combinations best suited to their needs and schedules.
Below we show some examples of how our clients combine Core Centric Classes, Workshops and Private Sessions into their lives:
Staying Healthy
One person goes to Vashon Strong (Crossfit, high intensity, heavy weight) and they come to us so they can stay healthy there. They take the 6 am Mon/Wed/Fri class and an occasional private 30 minute session.
Running Marathons
Another is a runner doing marathons, and comes to us to support their marathon training. They take private sessions and check with us about their energy balance and nutrition.
Caring for Elders
Another cares for their elder and makes time for strength conditioning Tues/Thurs and often drops into Strength for Bone Health on Mon/Wed/Fri. Their mother has her own program with private sessions Mondays and Wednesdays.
